A two-dart checkout: T16, D4. Hit the treble first to set up the double. If your T16 lands in S16, you'll need 56 with 2 darts remaining. A miss sideways into the 7 or 8 segments changes the equation significantly. 56 is a common finishing score that appears in nearly every leg of 501 or 301.
Alternative Routes
Besides T16 → D4, alternative routes include: S16 → D20. The best choice depends on which area of the board you're most confident in.
