TallyPally is a darts scoring app for clubs and friend groups. It lets you track matches, run tournaments, maintain ELO rankings, and play remotely with friends. The service is available at tallypally.app.
TallyPally is currently in closed beta. This means the service is still under active development. By using TallyPally during the beta period, you acknowledge and accept the following:
We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance, but we cannot guarantee it during the beta phase.
To use TallyPally, you need to create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You may only create one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that appear to be duplicates, fake, or inactive.
You agree not to:
We may remove content or restrict access if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these guidelines.
You may upload profile pictures, set display names, and create clubs. You retain ownership of any content you create, but you grant TallyPally a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and store that content as necessary to operate the service.
We may remove content that violates these terms or that we consider inappropriate, without prior notice.
Clubs are managed by their owners and admins. Club administrators are responsible for their club's members and content. TallyPally is not responsible for disputes between club members.
ELO ratings, match statistics, and leaderboards are provided for fun and friendly competition. They are calculated automatically and may be adjusted, recalculated, or reset at any time — especially during the beta period. Ratings carry no real-world value or entitlement.
We aim to keep TallyPally running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, TallyPally and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of rankings, or interruption of service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero).
We may update these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via the app or email). Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using TallyPally at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce. The seat of arbitration shall be Helsinki, Finland.
