A single-dart finish. Just hit D12 to close out the leg. If you miss D12 into S12, you're left on 12 — which is D6, keeping the pressure manageable. 24 is a common finishing score that appears in nearly every leg of 501 or 301.

There's only one way to checkout 24: D12. No alternatives exist for single-dart finishes.
Pro Tip
D12 sits between D9 and D5 on the board. A miss inside to S12 leaves you on 12 (D6), maintaining a double finish. The D12 area is relatively spacious, making it a comfortable finishing double.
