91

2-dart checkout

T17
D20
MediumTreble + Double

Strategy

A two-dart checkout: T17, D20. Hit the treble first to set up the double. If your T17 lands in S17, you'll need 91 with 2 darts remaining. A miss sideways into the 2 or 3 segments changes the equation significantly. You'll encounter 91 frequently in competitive 501 and 301 play.

Alternative Routes

The standard route T17 → D20 is the most commonly used combination for 91.

Pro Tip

D20 (tops) is the most practiced double, but missing inside to S20 leaves you on 20 (D10) — still a clean single-dart finish. Train this double by focusing on the very edge of the board.
