A single-dart finish. Just hit D8 to close out the leg. If you miss D8 into S8, you're left on 8 — which is D4, keeping the pressure manageable. 16 is a common finishing score that appears in nearly every leg of 501 or 301.

There's only one way to checkout 16: D8. No alternatives exist for single-dart finishes.
Pro Tip
D8 is part of the D16 halving chain and a well-practiced double for most players. Missing into S8 leaves D4, keeping you in the halving sequence. It's located on the left side of the board.
